Tessi; exploring interactive fabric displays
Interactive materiality is a course which explores material driven aesthetic interaction. And as such a material driven design process informed an expressive origami fabric interface. This project was a very applied and open process of material driven design, following our curiosity. And we ended up with quite an expressive and aesthetic interface. It re-instated my belief in curiosity and serendipity in design processes and valued the first-person aesthetic experiences as driving design decisions.
